Booking Policy

Advance Payment

  • A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the trek begins.

Booking Confirmation

  • After payment is received, Divintra Holidays will provide booking confirmation and relevant trek details.
  • Trek permits and other arrangements will be processed according to the booking terms.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is permitted only once.
  • Requests should generally be made at least 7 days before the trek start date.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances and arrangements already made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Trekker

  • 30 or more days before the trek: 90% refund of the total booking amount.
  • 15–30 days before the trek: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before the trek: No refund.
  • No refund will be issued for any booking amount below ?500.

Cancellation or Modification by Divintra Holidays

In case the trek has to be cancelled, postponed or modified because of severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road conditions or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control, Divintra Holidays may provide an alternative trek date, itinerary or voucher, subject to operational feasibility and applicable terms.

Unused Services

No refund will be provided for services that a trekker chooses not to use, including meals, accommodation, transportation or other included services.

Dropout During the Trek

If a participant decides to leave the trek due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided. Any additional transportation, evacuation or other expenses arising from the participant's decision to exit the trek will be payable by the participant.

Transportation Policy

Please note that AC may not operate during travel through hilly and mountainous regions due to local road and weather conditions. If AC is specifically required during hill travel, please coordinate with the driver in advance. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
