Follow Your Trek Leader's Instructions

Always follow the instructions of your trek leader, guide and support team. Do not leave the designated trail without permission.

Be Cautious on Snow & Ice

During winter and snow conditions, trails can become slippery. Use proper trekking footwear and trekking poles and follow the team's instructions.

Be Mindful of AMS

Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) can occur at high altitude. Symptoms may include headache, nausea, dizziness, fatigue and breathlessness. Report any unusual symptoms to your trek leader immediately.

Pack Smart & Travel Light
