Helicopter services may be available from designated helipads such as Phata, Sersi or other operational locations, subject to the selected package, availability, weather and operator schedules.

Helicopter service is not automatically included unless specifically mentioned in the booking confirmation.

Passengers are advised to:

A 50% advance payment may be required to confirm the booking unless a different payment schedule is agreed upon at the time of confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid within the timeline communicated by the operations team and before the scheduled departure.

Bookings may be released or cancelled if the required payment is not received within the agreed deadline.

The cancellation policy should be applied according to the final package confirmation and applicable supplier terms.

Important: Actual cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on hotel, transportation, helicopter operator and other supplier policies applicable to the booking.
