We want your helicopter pilgrimage to be as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking. Flight operations, passenger limits, baggage restrictions, payments, and cancellations are governed by the conditions below.

Helicopter & Passenger Guidelines

1. Passenger Capacity: Each helicopter can accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers, subject to the aircraft type and operational requirements.
2. Total Passenger Weight: The combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 300 kg. Passenger weights may be checked before the flight for safety and operational planning.
3. Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is permitted a maximum baggage allowance of 5 kg.
4. Hand-Carry Items: Passengers may carry one small personal bag weighing up to 2 kg inside the helicopter.
5. Excess or Bulky Baggage: Large, oversized, or excess-volume baggage cannot be carried on the helicopter due to limited cabin and weight capacity.
6. Flight Operations: Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, aviation regulations, helipad permissions, aircraft availability, and other operational factors. The final schedule may be revised when required for safety or operational reasons.
7. Tour Price: Package prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. We recommend confirming the current price and availability before making payment.

Reservations & Payment

• A 100% advance payment of the total tour cost is required to confirm the reservation unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
• Your booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and acknowledged by our team.
• Personal expenses not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions are payable separately.
• These may include laundry, telephone and internet usage, alcoholic beverages, mineral water, tips, travel insurance, international or domestic airfare, visa charges, monument or attraction entry fees, camera/video charges, souvenirs, and other incidental expenses.
• Any additional charges imposed by airlines or other third-party service providers will be the responsibility of the passenger.

Changes to Your Tour

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Requests for changes to the itinerary, travel date, destination, or tour duration must be submitted in writing at least 21 days before the scheduled departure.

All changes are subject to availability, operational feasibility, and applicable charges. Requests received within 21 days of departure cannot normally be accommodated.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost and may also be subject to any non-refundable charges imposed by airlines, helicopter operators, hotels, or other service providers.

Weather & Operational Conditions

Helicopter journeys in the Himalayan region are highly dependent on weather, visibility, air traffic, government permissions, helipad conditions, and aircraft availability. For passenger safety, the operating team and pilot may alter, delay, reschedule, or cancel a flight when conditions are unsuitable.

Any additional accommodation, meals, transportation, or other expenses arising from weather-related or force majeure delays will be handled according to the applicable package and operator policies.

All payments are processed through authorized payment channels. We cannot be held responsible for a transaction being declined, delayed, or unsuccessful due to issues such as card limits, bank restrictions, payment gateway failures, or authorization being denied by the customer's bank or card issuer.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is active and has sufficient authorization for the transaction.
